Meet the Founder
Billy Kwok, P.Eng., PMP | Founder
Billy Kwok is a transportation planning and modelling specialist with 20 years of experience helping public agencies and engineering teams address complex transportation challenges. He is a Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional, with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Throughout his career, Billy has led transportation modelling, transit planning, and infrastructure studies for organizations including TransLink, the City of Vancouver, and municipalities across British Columbia. His expertise spans travel demand forecasting, traffic simulation, transit priority, and advanced transportation analytics.
Billy founded Mobilytics to combine his technical expertise with modern data-driven tools and a more personalized approach to consulting. He believes that effective transportation planning requires not only sound technical analysis, but also clear communication and practical solutions that support better decisions.
